Instigate, Inc. provides on-line Search Requests and Results as a service only for its current clients. By using this service, you attest that you are an authorized agent of such a client, having a written, executed and binding Customer Agreement with Instigate, Inc. allowing you to submit Searches and receive Results for a fee and promising that such Searches and Results will be requested and used only for legally permissible purposes. By using this service, you further affirm that this present engagement is governed by the terms of our written Agreement just as any other engagement contemplated when the written Agreement was executed.
